Cannot connect to SQL Azure with Migration Wizard.

I am trying to migrate a Microsoft Access 2010 database to SQL Azure, and am getting the following error from the wizard:
 
"Connection to SQL Azure Failed. A network-related or instance-specific error occured while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible..."
 
I am able to connect with SQL Management Studio fine, and also tested connecting in Excel, as well as directly with Access 2010 using a Machine DSN, so I believe the firewall settings and credentials are all fine.

I was able to get this to work after some more trial and error. This issue can be closed.

I'm not 100% sure. But at some point, when trying everything, I change the server address to an IP address. When I went back in today, I realized that wouldn't work since the full address is automatically added (e.g. .database.windows.net). I suspect that what I was doing incorrectly was putting the entire address in the box (e.g. mydatabase.database.windows.net) and didn't realize the end of the name was automatically added.
