SQLAzureMWBatchBackup.Exe.Config Missing

Hi,

First of all I want to thank Mr Huey and his team for this wonderful tool which I used to great success to migrate a SQL Server 2008 R2 schema to the cloud.

I am running into problems trying to automate this process with the batch backup exe.config file, which the previous thread mentioned and which an analogous file exists for SQLAzureMW and SQLAzureMWUpload, is simply mysteriously missing from the BatchBackup download bundle.

As I'm pretty new to this game, I'm hoping someone could help me with what I'm neglecting (or upload another bundle if necessary).  I'm also wondering if there's a way to 'diff' the destination database with what needs to be uploaded, rather than drop and re-add everything.

Thanks again for your support!

Hi,

That was my fault, I left SQLAzureMWBatchBackup.exe.config out of the zip file.  I uploaded a new zip file “SQLAzureMWBatchBackup.exe v1.2.5 Release Binary”.  Download that and try it again.  Be sure to change the Source* in the now included config file.

Sorry about that.

Let me know if you run into other issues.

Thanks,

George
